I hold a Bachelor's of Business Administration, as well as a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I was licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in November of 1995. Since that time, I have practiced at my current location handling numerous and varied trial matters. For instance, my prior experience includes the successful conclusion of cases involving nursing home negligence, automobile and large truck injury, products liability, premises liability and a host of other cases.

On a personal note, my family and I are all West Texas Natives with four generations still living in the area. Cary and I have one son who is our pride and joy. We are active members of First Baptist Church in Odessa where we first met in Sunday School. I am also actively involved in Gideon International, an organzation that distributes bibles.

West Texas boasts an extremely competent judiciary and close knit legal community. I have posted a picture of Odessa's courthouse located a few blocks from my office. In today's world, lawyers outside the community routinely advertise their services to the public. However, my advice to anyone in need of legal representation in the West Texas area is to secure local counsel who has an awareness of the contours of the community.
